If you’re looking at our refund and return page, we can only assume something has gone wrong, and for that, we apologize sincerely. Down below is our full legal Refund and Return Policy in all its glorious legalese. First, however, let us give you the plain language version of what we have tried to say in all that legalese.


Refunds and Returns (Non-legal Plain Language)


If you placed an order with us and you haven’t gotten what you’ve paid for, we intend to stand behind our Creators and their Products, and make it right. We will work hard to give you excellent customer service. If your order didn’t arrive, or if it was broken, the wrong size, or the wrong product, we’re going to make it very easy to get a full refund with no hassle.


In cases where the product arrived on time, it’s correct, and it’s in good shape, but you find that you just don’t like it as much as you thought you would, we’re going to look at your refund request using a common-sense approach. Whether we issue a refund in this case will depend on the circumstances. We might still be willing to give you a full refund, but we might also choose to offer you some amount of store credit or other compensation that is not a refund. It’s also possible in some rare circumstances that we may offer no refund or compensation at all.

Now for the legalese.

Refund and Return Policy (Official)

The following terms are applicable for all purchases from Shameless Grounds, LLC dba Booti-Q.

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, the following words are defined as shown in the list below. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Shameless Grounds, LLC dba Booti-Q, 1901 Withnell Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63118.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to the Booti-Q website, accessible at www.booti-q.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Proof of Purchase:
All claims for refund or compensation require proof of purchase or a valid receipt. We may be able to confirm your purchase via our records. However, if we are unable to confirm your purchase in our records, we will require you to provide a valid receipt. If we cannot confirm your purchase via either our internal records, or a valid receipt provided by you, we will not process a claim for refund or compensation.


Time Frame:
All claims for refund or compensation must be made within 30 days of the initial Order date. Claims received by Us more than 30 days after the initial Order date are not eligible for refund or compensation.


Full Refund:
Subject to the other conditions within this Refund and Return Policy, The Company will issue a full refund of the price paid at purchase for any Goods meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • The Goods were not delivered within 20 business days (Contiguous U.S.) as verified by the tracking system of the shipping carrier.
  • The Goods were not delivered within 45 business days (Outside the Contiguous U.S.) as verified by the tracking system of the shipping carrier.
  • The Goods are defective. Defective Goods are any Goods that do not function as intended due to manufacturing defects, or due to damage prior to being received by You.
  • The Goods differ in a clearly noticeable and substantial way from the product description or images as shown on the Website at the time of purchase.

Other Goods:
For Goods that do not meet any of the criteria listed in the above section titled “Full Refunds”, The Company may, at the Company’s Sole Discretion:

  • Issue a full refund of the price paid at purchase.
  • Issue a partial refund of the price paid at purchase.
  • Issue Store Credit, Coupons, or other compensation.
  • Decline to take any action at all.

Proof of Claim:

To initiate a refund, The Company may, at The Company’s Sole Discretion, require one or both of the following:

  • Proof (such as a photograph showing shipping damage) of any Goods which have been received by You and for which you are seeking a damage, defect, or dissimilarity refund.
  • Return of any Goods which have been received by You and for which you are seeking a refund.

Non-Returnable Goods:

The Company will not accept the return of, nor give a full or partial refund on the following types of Goods, except as provided for in the above section titled “Full Refunds”:

  • Customized Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, are subject to spoilage, or where the expiration date has passed.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Goods which, at the time of purchase, were displayed on the Website with a clear statement disallowing return or refund. Examples could be, but are not limited to, “NO RETURNS”, “ALL SALES FINAL”, “ITEM SOLD AS-IS”.

Returning Goods:

When required to return a Good or Goods, you must return the Good or Goods, and any associated accessories that were included with the Good or Goods, such as charging cords, remote control units, display stands, and so forth.


When required to return a Good or Goods, You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
