The goods sold through Booti-Q are put through a curated application process to ensure that we’re a good fit for each other. As part of that process, before you apply, please ensure that your business and products are eligible to sell with us by reading through the notes below. If everything seems good, then fill out the application and smash that submit button!

AGE

First and foremost, since we deal with adult themes and sexuality, you must be at least 18 years old to sell with us.

PRODUCT TYPE & MARKET

Booti-Q maintains a focus on a specific market. The products you wish to sell with us should usually have some association to human sexuality or gender expression. We don’t have a concrete list of rules that we follow; rather we take into consideration the general “feel” of your store and how each product fits into that. For right now, before you apply, you probably just want to ensure that the products you wish to sell with Booti-Q appeal to, or reference, one of these categories:

• Human sexuality in any law-abiding aspect
  • (absolutely NO depictions of children or non-consensual acts)
• The LGBTQIA+ Community
• The Kink Community
• Progressive social or societal irreverence

PRODUCT MANUFACTURE

We require that at least some portion of your product is made, or modified in-house, at your business. For instance, if you wish to sell laser-engraved dog tags, you may purchase pre-manufactured blanks, but those blanks must be decorated and engraved by you and your business. You may not resell products on Booti-Q if they are fully manufactured by someone else.

SIZE

We are focused on small and micro business creators. We do not accept large scale mass manufactured goods or products from big businesses. To be eligible to sell with Booti-Q, your business must have fewer than 50 employees, and a gross income of less than $10 million annually.

SHOOT US AN APPLICATION

If that all sounds good, then please complete the application form below and send it on over! When we receive it, we’ll assign you a “Creator Liaison”. Your Creator Liaison will be your personal, human, direct point of contact with Booti-Q going forward. They will email you when your application has been received, and introduce themselves. They will give you their direct contact information. And they will be available for any questions you may have at any time while you are a Booti-Q Creator.

Special Instructions: At the end of the form you will be asked to upload a copy of your business logo. To keep the website looking good, we need that logo to fit some requirements. Those are shown here: LOGO IMAGE REQUIREMENTS. If you aren’t quite sure how to get your logo to fit those requirements, no worries. You can send what you have, and we’ll work with you to get it to fit the requirements after we process your application.
