Do I have to create an Account?
No, you don’t have to create an account if you don’t want to. If you wish to make a purchase, you can checkout as a Guest. When you checkout as a Guest, your personal information (like your address and your payment details) will be used only for that one order, and not retained.
Why create an Account?
An account gives you a few conveniences. You can see your order history, and the status of any current orders all in one spot. You can use the “Order Again” feature to re-order something quickly. You can save your billing and shipping addresses so they pop up automatically and you don’t have to type them in for every order. And you can save your preferred payment method(s) so you don’t have to enter them each time at checkout.
Creator Stuff
Do I need to set up my own account?
Nope! We set it up for you when you are onboarded as one of our Creators. If you haven’t seen your Login and Password, just give us a shout and we’ll get you your info.

General Information
Are the Creators all Small Businesses?
Yes! Many of our creators are individuals, and some are small businesses. We don’t accept large scale manufacturers or big business sellers.
Are all the products really hand made?
Yes, at least partly. All of our products are some level of hand made. We don’t allow our creators to simply purchase wholesale manufactured items and re-sell them. They can, however, purchase premade components and customize them. For instance, if they want to sell laser-engraved metal dog tags, they can purchase pre-made, blank metal dog tags, but then they must do the laser engraving part themselves.
How do you avoid shipping charges?
The cost of shipping items is included in the price of each item. All our Creators set their own prices, and when they do so, they set those prices to include the cost of shipping the product to you.
Order Issues
I haven’t received my order
Each Creator ships their own products to you. You should have received a notice of shipment with a tracking number within 2 business days of your purchase.
If you have not received a notice of shipment or a tracking number by the third business day after you placed your order – or if your tracking number seems to show your order stuck or sent to the wrong place – you can Contact Us, and we’ll research the issue and let you know what’s going on.
My order arrived damaged or wrong
We’re sorry to hear that! Please see the Refunds and Returns FAQ item below. When you’re ready, just send head to Contact Us and ask for a refund. For most items, we just ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product, and we’ll issue a full refund without you having to send the item back. There are a few items however, that we may ask you to ship back to us in order to receive your refund.
